The bathroom includes a rainfall shower and a full-size high-end washer and dryer for guest use. The apartment has central AC, and the elevator opens to only two units per floor, offering a private and quiet feel. The building also has a beautiful courtyard, a small children’s play area with swings, and a gym available for residents and guests. The building also has a gym and shared living room space.

The apartment is centrally located just off Hera Street on a quiet, wide side street. Restaurants, a convenience store, discount store, and Danube grocery store are within walking distance. The location is a short drive to the Jeddah Corniche, close to the airport, and conveniently positioned between Red Sea Mall, Mall of Arabia, and Stars Avenue Mall. Red Sea Mall is the closest of the three. The sofa bed is an IKEA Friheten-style pullout with a mattress pad. It is firm and comfortable, with no metal springs. Extra bedding is included inside the couch storage compartment.
